These terms apply to your use of digitalnext.co, run by Digital Next ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship. By using the site, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. What this site is for

The site tells you about our agency, our services and our work, and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. We only provide services under a separate written agreement or signed proposal, and that agreement takes priority over anything on this site.

2. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, including any offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or disrupt how it works
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means
• Send us false information, or someone else's information without their permission
• Upload or send malware or spam through our forms

3. Our content

The Digital Next name, logo, design, text, graphics, animation and code on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Client work and other brands

Case studies show work we've done for clients, published with their permission. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean those brands endorse this site or anything beyond the work described.

5. Illustrative content

Some imagery on this site, including people, social posts and engagement figures in our animations, is illustrative or AI-generated and is labelled as such. It doesn't show real people, clients or results.

6. Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything on it is complete or current. Information on the site isn't professional advice for your business. We'll give you that once we know your brief.

7. Links to other sites

We link to social platforms and other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent Pakistani law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from relying on its content, including loss of business, data or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share through the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute about them goes to the courts at Karachi.
