Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Digital Next ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship, collects through digitalnext.co, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the messages you send us through it. It does not cover work we do for clients, which is governed by our agreements with them.

1. Who we are

Digital Next is a digital marketing agency working with brands across Pakistan. Our office is at C-155 Block 2, Kehkashan Clifton, Karachi 75600. You can reach us at info@digitalnext.co or +92 319 3897395.

2. What we collect

• What you tell us. When you fill in our enquiry form, email, call or WhatsApp us, we collect your name, company, job title, email, phone number, the services you're interested in, your timing and budget (if you share them) and your message.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role, we collect your CV and anything else you choose to send.
• How you use the site. With your consent, analytics and advertising tools collect your device type, browser, approximate location (city level), the pages you visit, how you arrived, and how you scroll and click on our pages. See section 6.

We don't ask for sensitive information such as your CNIC number, financial details or health information, and please don't send it to us.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
• To manage our relationship with you if you become a client
• To assess job applications
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To show our ads to people who have visited the site, only if you accept advertising cookies
• To meet our legal obligations

We'll only send you marketing emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages if you've agreed to receive them. Every marketing message tells you how to stop them, and we honour opt-outs promptly.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Namecheap), analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), advertising and messaging (Meta, including WhatsApp) and email. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when Pakistani law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or restructured. They'd be bound by this policy.

5. Where it's stored

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Pakistan. When they do, we choose providers with recognised security standards and use your information only for the purposes in this policy.

6. Cookies and similar tools

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised clicks, scrolls and page sessions so we can see how the site is used) and advertising cookies (the Meta pixel) are off until you accept them in our cookie banner. Our enquiry form is built by us and sends your details straight to our team. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months from our last contact
• Client records: for as long as our agreement and Pakistani tax and company law require
• Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
• Analytics data: according to each tool's retention settings, 14 months at most

8. How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need it, use password-protected and access-controlled systems, and work with providers who encrypt data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your information at risk, we'll tell you without undue delay.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons
• Stop using it for marketing, or withdraw any consent you've given

10. Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes

We'll update this policy when our practices or Pakistani law change, including if the Personal Data Protection Bill becomes law. The date at the top shows the latest version.
